I found the office # online and called up because I was having a toothache. The receptionist answered the phone and was very friendly. I told her my problem and she checked with the Dr. and I was squeezed into the schedule to be seen the very same day. Upon arrival I was greeted and given paperwork to fill out. After filling out the paperwork I was seated, had an x-ray taken by the assistant and a few minutes later Dr. Manczak came in. He was very friendly and listened to my problem and about how I was SO afraid of the dentist. He was very understanding and polite. It turned out I needed a root canal. I was very afraid. Dr. Manczak calmed me down and explained everything that we were going to do. He gave me a shot which I didn't even feel for the first time in my life! He worked very well with his assistant and they made me feel very comfortable. When the root canal was finished I couldn't believe how great and easy it really was. Dr. Manczak really means it when he says he is friendly and caring. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone. I already have for my whole family!
